trying not to scratch on 10/04/2010

on october 2nd i checked into the last room they had which they said had recently been ozone-ed because it was a "smoking room" that they wanted to rent to me, a non smoker. i said that was fine and i took it. i went to bed that night and woke up with huge red welts on my face and shoulders. when i checked out it was the same lady that had sold me the room the night before, and she saw my welts and didnt even say anything! clearly they had ozon-ed the room because they knew it had bed bug
