Got a overnight stay 12/7/2021 @2 am we fell asleep after getting in upon waking up we saw a bed bug crawling on the bed next to my face. I called the front desk to report it the manager Alex said there are no bed bugs after I showed him the videos and pictures. He was very disrespectful and no help available.
